New Cheer Outfit

Sega Toys

Don't know if you guys know it or not I've kinda always been addicted to the catching machines at amusement centres (SC clique you guys should know right looking at my skill level in the jia wa wa machines in taiwan haha =p) So anyway recently the new range of mickey and minnie dolls are driving me crazy and I've been trying to collect them hahas

I caught these big guys yesterday at this extremely good place at CCK yupyup of course I spent quite a bit (with my mum) but I love them so much and you know whats the best part? They do free wrapping up for you to make the toys look soooo pretty...like this:

My minnie and mickey dolls wrapped up in balloons and then in a plastic bag tied with a pretty ribbon in pink and blue =] Soooo many people kept commenting on how pretty it was and asking me where I got it when I was on my way home wheeeeee I reckon it would make suuuch a lovely looking prezzie rites haha

Heres my dollies up-close (still in the balloon...dont think I have the heart to take them out to cuddle haha)

And heres another crazy collection seriously this is madness I had to travel all over Singapore to various amusement centres to catch them from different kinds of machines...catching ones, pulling string one and sweet catching one. And finally I have the whole collection ending with the last piece I caught yesterday and then I'm happy =] =] =]

The June minnie!! her necklace is a round ball...pearl! wheeeee the rest are stones haha k I just love her cause its my month hehe but arent they gorgeous?? I have the hot pink one on my phone cause I accidentally caught an extra (along with an extra green and orange one) while I was attempting to get my June minnie...long story hahas

Anyways Kentucky workshop was seriously an eye-opener...mind blowing stunts...its one thing to watch it on videos and watching it in real life wahhhh haha will blog about it soon when Karen uploads pictures haha =] Phoebe Feehily signing off now ciao!

Hello World

Yes Im not dead yet sadly...I've just decided to revive my blog and start blogging again wheeee k fine my main aim for reopening my blog would be to update my friends so that they know I havent died somewhere somehow =]

Im also attempting to blog more sort of serious personal stuff together with just stuff about myself lahhh haha

kk anyways I'm currently in a Hello Kitty frenzy...I've always loved Hello Kitty since young and I've got quite a number of dolls/accessories/storage/notebook/stationary with Hello Kitty on it but recently kinda been drawn to it again for some weird reason I think its just the items being produced that are drawing me to it

Anyways I got myself a Hello Kitty handphone about 2 weeks ago:

and it died just a couple of days ago haha stupid made from china phone lahhh the idiot there told me from korea but i refuse to believe him haha anyways its not exactly a very practical phone...like i said "its more of a too much money then buy and play for fun kind" thank god i havent decorated it but i already bought a nice hello kitty pouch for it =[

But lucky for me I got a one-for-one exchange as stated according to warranty so I got this second model:

sooo cute right? I'm beginning to love it more and more cause its really comfortable to type with and I just love the cover it comes with cause basically well it protects the phone

I've kinda been hunting around for really cute hello kitty dolls (namely sakura kitty and rose kitty) but they're all sold out...I should have got them when i saw them! blame it on indecisive me urghh anyways I got another big doll cause she's really cuteeeeee

Bye 2008 Hello 2009

I shall be nice and blog before it hits 2009. =] 2008 has been a huge year for me and a lot of things happened in my life but I guess the most significant one would be University life.

Uni is seriously crazy. I can hardly catch my breath with the super fast-paced lessons. As shown from my horrible cap; I am horrible at handling this new kind of teaching. I guess it's because I never pay attention during lectures and assume that I would be able to catch up on my own but in uni it's not possible especially with time constraints. Add to that the fact that I am the kind of person that studies last minute...well aint gonna work anymore. So in 2009 for sem 2 i have decided I shall concentrate and start studying from Day 1 =] New year resolution for me mann haha. I really hope I keep it. But things arent looking perfect with a ton of activities from Alpha Verve (Cheerleading) and Blast (Dance) coming up and I have yet to make a decision as to which activities to commit to. Sigh.

Anyway yes talkin about Alpha Verve, it is a major part of me since I joined NUS. I've always wanted to do cheerleading since young and finally now I get the chance though somehow I think it is too late cause of flexibility =[ Anyway cheerleading has seriously pushed me both physically and mentally and emotionally and whatever happens after this I'm glad to have embarked on this journey. And of course thanking the people who helped me pull through this:

and special mention to my 2 favourite girls Alina and Jade...I cant attend training without at least one of you around! haha...I dont think Id ever be able to pull through without the 2 of you by my side and all our heart to heart talks =] thank youuuu.

jyeyee!! my favourite partner!! (ok fine he's practically my only partner but whatever) I have sooo much fun with you with all your nonsense and all and yesh our chemistry is amazing =] please dont cry when the time comes ok hahahaha

terenceeeee my cheerleading fren plus nj snr...mr fit and sexy, hot and rich , and gd looking (all self-proclaimed) haha. thanks for everything. I cant even list them down =]

plus another activity of mine...RH dance...not very huge impact but it kind of rekindled my love for dance =] which i had deeply missed...heres my fav yr1 dancers =]

k and now I shall talk about more important people who helped me through this tough time of my life =]

ARTHI

This lovely babe is my hall mate cum classmate and I totally cannot imagine going through the first week of school without her. We bidded for our stupid modules together, attended all the lectures together, going to class acting stupid together, waking up at 730am to attend maths lecture every wed morning, staying up till 3am to finish computing on tues, wed and thurs nites, going for tea and dinner together, and many many more stuff. I totally am gonna miss her when she's not around in hall next sem =[

ALINA

This sexy babe is my cheerleading cum classmate =] we didnt even know we were classmates till a few cheerleading sessions later and ever since we bonded like crazy =] her coming over to my room after each lecture/lesson before cheerleadin starts so we can sleep together ;) hahaha and us always depending on each other to go for the much dreaded training sessions as well as certain lectures and tutorials. I'm really glad we're still gonna be in the same class nxt sem but ive lost my favourite cheerleader =[

AZI

omg the alphabetical order is strictly coincidental haha. my twinnieeeee =] even though we've broken up...we remain good friends. hahaha...i'll never forget the nights we spent together...with me on top. haha. ok now this sounds wrong. anyway thx babe for spending like 3/4 of my time in hall with me haha be it going for tea/dinner, playing pingpong, hanging out with random people, slping together, staying up together and basically just hanging out with each other =] and yes i will never forget the "sexy look" you have when you wake up. omg im gonna have more of it whem im your roomie nxt sem. haha cant wait =]

HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY TO ME

Yes I know I have been a complete bitch by not updating this sooner haha...and I'm deciding to do this because the next post is gonna be all about Taiwan!! =] But well I had a really nice 19th birthday =]

The day started off pretty normal with me waking up late haha etc and then I decided to open my 2 presents from Mum and Fiqah/Uncle Roslie...

And then went for a free makeover session in the afternoon courtesy of Metro...and then got home and rushed before meeting Benedict and going for our chocolate buffet at Fullerton =] It was amazing =]

Silly me forgot to take a picture of the first 2 plates we shared. Damn. But here one of the third plate =]

and then we both partially died (or him rather) so we got fruits...no prizes for guessin who had to dip his/her fruit into the fondue haha

My nice sweet drink and "our" fifth plate with the Fullerton cake...i preferred the other cake though haha

And then we walked around the East Garden and One Fullerton before driving off =]

And heres the uber sweet prezzies he gave me =]

And then after 2 days my parents bought a triple chocolate cake for my birthday as well =] no pictures cause silly me saved them to the camera memory and I am too lazy to get them out haha

And then more surprises came on Sunday. My favourite people in the world Mich KiaKia Aud Twins HM came over to my house to surprise me and brought me over to Mich's house for my mini birthday party =] They're soooo sweet I swear I was gonna cry, both out of being touched and surprised and them catching me in total unglamness I swear my hands were on my boobs the entire time hahaha....anyway here are the pictures =]

shopping = destress

I swear shopping is a form of destress even if you dont buy anything =] as discovered by yours truly today =]

despite the great singapore sale going on now, i do not have anything i really want to buy. why? its because i already bought everything i wanted/needed in the past few months when there was NO sales. im such a horrible shopper i swear.

and so today i set out with a shopping list as such; a list of only things i really needed and not other luxury goods which juz increase in number in my room =]

-penkife

-origami paper

-long ruler

but since i had to go to kino to get the origami paper (yesh im tt particular) i decided to head to taka where i window shopped like crazy and had a list of things i wanted

-chanel shades -> $530

-guess top (which wasnt on discount) -> $129

-calvin klein shoes -> $799

-paris hilton bags -> $400

which would have amounted to a total damage of $1858.

and shockingly i had a lot of self control and got away with only all the things i set out to buy initially...=]

plus....

a brand new gorgeous shades by Dior =] dont ask me why i keep making tt face everytime i try on a pair of shades. and it was on a 20% discount =] which amounted to $444....gd buy =]

k i havent blogged for a while cause of one very simple reason...im lazy...haha...so wads new in my life?

erm ive finished all my drivin lessons and now its juz down to revisions before i sit for my test =] wheeee im soooo nervous urgh ive like got no confidence which kinda sux...but well im hoping a few more lessons are gonna change tt =]

and then theres sam's bdae dinner where i finally saw the entire chinablacks gang like at once haha tgt. yupyup. loads of catching up with 3/4 of the nites conversation based on sumsum and her....but yeah its nice seeing people....

and then HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHELLE! whos birthday is today....haha and had her surprise bdae dinner ytd =] proudly organised by urs truly...=]

and then theres this other issue which i usually give a one or two liner about which i dont which to say anythin now. when the time comes i shall.

and ooooh wow wow theres a sudden influx of tags on my blog like omg my blog is alive haha...well now we know there are so many silent readers...or rather maybe some juz found themselves totally excited at a slight poke into their protected lil lives...amusing i swear.

well im really hyped up for my taiwan trip now =] with flight and accomodation settled =] and all the lil meetings we have every now and then (pretty often haha) =] and it being only a mth away!! =]=] ahhhh =]

for the record ive made my choice of Electrical Engineering at NUS after their nice replies and my one day fame at a certain event. i swear i dont know how these things happen =]
